I'll estimate word count from your timestamps and issue an initial quote

Deposit will be based on that estimate

After editing, I'll recalculate the final word count, adjust the fee accordingly, and refund or bill the balance upon delivery

By commissioning video editing, translation, or thumbnail creation services from me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following conditions.

I will work under the assumption that you have read and accepted my TOS.

I reserve the right to decline any commission I feel uncomfortable with or believe I cannot complete to a satisfactory standard.

I value clear, respectful communication and flexibility.

You are welcome to request work-in-progress status updates at any time.

A 50% deposit or full payment is required before editing begins. Full or installment payment plans can be arranged prior to invoicing.

I will always do my best to clearly communicate pricing, payment instructions, and any potential delays related to your commission.

Payment is accepted via PayPal, Stripe, Ko-fi, Alipay, and local Hong Kong payment options.

Overseas clients should make payments in USD. Clients based in Hong Kong or Taiwan may settle their payments in HKD or NTD.

I will need your email address to issue invoices through your chosen payment platform.

Your personal information will be used solely for billing and communication purposes and will never be shared or disclosed without your permission.

Please specify the desired final video length.

Provide intros, outros, images, or other assets before the rough cut stage.

Specify any special aspect-ratio requirements during beforehand (e.g. 1:1 square format). Otherwise, Shorts default to 9:16 vertical and highlights default to 16:9 horizontal.

Default video specifications is 1920x1080 resolution at 30fps or 60fps, matching the source material.

Livestream footage featuring up to three streamers in a collaboration is accepted. For collaborations with more than three streamers, an additional fee of 3 USD per minute per extra person applies.

Commissions involving collaborations with more than five streamers will not be accepted.

Rough cuts, subtitles, and thumbnail designs include up to 2 free revision rounds. Any revisions beyond that will incur an additional fee of 6 USD per round.

Spelling corrections are free and do not count toward the revision limit.

Once the editing is finalized and approved, the project is considered complete.

Minor adjustments may be requested within 3 days after final delivery. No further revisions will be accepted after this period.

If you have a specific deadline, it must be communicated when placing the order.

Standard turnaround is within a month, depending on the complexity and queue.

Updates are available upon request. Timely communication is expected to ensure a smooth workflow.

At each stage of the editing process, files will be sent for your confirmation. Please respond within 3 days of receiving them.

Payments for deposits and final balances must be completed within 3 days of request.

Failure to respond or make payment within 3 days may result in the commission being considered abandoned.

If this happens, no refunds will be issued. Repeated incidents may lead to blacklisting.

Final deliverables will be uploaded to Google Drive, and a download link will be shared.

Files will be removed once the client confirms successful download.

Refunds will only be issued if I am unable to complete the commission for any reason.

If I have not started and more than two months have passed since full payment, you may request a full refund unless a longer wait time was agreed upon.

Once editing begins, partial refunds may be granted based on the project's progress:

100% refund if no work has started

40% refund if it's still at rough cut stage

20% refund if the editing is partially complete

No refund after delivery of final product

You may use the video for personal or agreed commercial purposes, including uploading it to your channel or social media.

Credit is appreciated but not required. If credited, please use this format as reference to put in your video description or caption:

Claiming the editing work as your own, re-editing, or use outside the agreed scope is not permitted.

Once the final video is published, I may add it to my YouTube playlist as part of my personal portfolio.

I may also promote the commissioned work on Twitter by retweeting the YouTube link or quoting your original tweet.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted content is eligible for editing and free of any copyright disputes. I will not be held liable for any copyright issues arising from the provided material.

I will not accept commissions involving explicit gore or disturbing visuals, hate speech or offensive content, underage or non-consensual mature material, copyrighted material without clear usage rights

I reserve the right to refuse any project at my discretion.

By sending payment, you agree to all terms stated above.

開工前需支付50%訂金，或一次付清全額。若您有分期需求，可於開立發票前另行安排。

我會盡力清楚說明價格、付款方式，以及任何可能的延遲情況。

接受的支付方式為PayPal、Stripe、Ko-fi、支付寶及香港本地付款管道。

海外客戶請以美金（USD）付款，香港或台灣客戶則可使用港幣（HKD）或新台幣（NTD）付款。

下單時請提供用於開立發票的電子郵件地址。

您的個人資料僅用於帳務與聯絡用途，絕不會在未經您同意的情況下對外揭露或分享。

請註明希望的成品時長。

若需置入個人片頭、片尾、圖片或其他素材，請於粗剪階段前提供。

如對切片成品長寬比有特殊要求（例如1:1正方形影片），請於前期提出。否則默認Shorts為9:16直式影片，長精華一律為16:9橫式影片。

影片規格預設為1920x1080，30fps或60fps。解析度及幀率均默認按照原片。

可接受最多3人的聯動直播剪輯。如超過3個人，將根據額外的人數每分鐘加收20 HKD / NT 85。

超過5人參與的聯動剪輯委託恕不接受。

粗剪、字幕、封面圖設計均可免費修改2次。超出2次之後，每次加收40 HKD / NT 170。

如有錯別字可免費修改，不扣減修改次數。

確認付清尾款及最終交片確認沒問題後等同結案，交付後3天內可提出小幅調整，逾期則不再受理。

如有指定交稿期限，請於下單時提出說明。

標準交期為一個月內，實際時程視素材複雜度與排單狀況而定。

如需加急可洽談，並支付額外費用。

每個階段完成後，檔案將發送供您確認，請於3天內回覆。

訂金及尾款請於請款後3天內完成支付。

若逾期未回覆或未付款，委託將視同棄單，恕不退款。連續多次棄單者，將可能被列為黑名單。

最終成品將上傳至Google雲端，並提供下載連結，確認下載無誤後即刪除檔案。

除非我方無法完成委託，否則恕不接受取消訂單與退款申請。

若我方尚未開工，且自全額付款日兩個月後仍未開始，您可申請全額退款（前提為未另有延遲協議）。

工作一旦開始，可依進度申請部分退款：

尚未動工：100%退款

已進入粗剪階段：40%退款

已進行至部分編輯：20%退款

成品交付後：恕不退款

您可以將此影片用於個人用途，或雙方已同意的商業用途，包括上傳至您的頻道或社群平台。

發佈成品時，委託者可自行選擇是否標明剪輯師。若打算標明，可以參考以下格式寫在影片資訊欄或貼文：

禁止自作發言、重新剪輯，或用於超出約定範圍的用途。

委託者須自行確認所提供的素材可供剪輯，且不涉及任何版權爭議。若因素材產生任何糾紛，我方不承擔相關版權責任。

我不接受包含過度血腥或令人不適的畫面、仇恨或歧視言論、未成年或非自願性行為相關內容，或未取得合法授權之版權素材的委託。

我保留自行決定拒絕任何委託的權利。

在您付款後，即表示您同意上述所有條款。

您同時確認，您有權使用該帳號及資金進行此次委託。
